I don't agree, at all. It's not a habit, it is an addiction. If you mean nicotine gum or any of that, those all have 95% failure rates.
Electronic cigarettes are for nicotine addicts and
a nicotine addict using an e-cig is like a drug addict deciding to use clean needles. It's that simple. You get nicotine without the horribly bad effects of everything that is in cigarettes.
