I once worked with adults with mental retardation. One woman was a food addict (in addition to being retarded). She was like 375 lbs. The best efforts were made to limit her food portions, but she would hide snacks - on her person. Never knew what you'd find - Oreos under her tits. Chicken nuggets in her twat. Candy in her ass crack. Horrible.
Don't know why she just popped into my head after all these years.
