There are no cpa affiliate programs that have good offers for visitors from all countries, so sending all geos to one offer will never make you as much as you can with a network that focuses on finding the top paying programs and advertisers for each and every country out there. That is what we do at PlugRush, and that is why in most cases we will make you more money than with sending traffic on CPA to individual programs. You could of course geo target your offers yourself, and spend a lot of time testing out what converts your traffic for different countries. But doing that is a full time job by itself.

Just my 2 cents on why sometimes using an Ad Network might be a better option if you want to maximize revenue.
