Uhm what do you do when there are no jobs in your area?
You do the same thing white people do. Your go to the work. You don't sit around and bitch that the work is not coming to you.
Though you feel like you are being compassionate, the whole "it's not your fault" thing isn't going to help anyone improve their lot in life. Any person finding any success in life (no matter what they define success as being) would agree with that.
