YUP..a payment scheduled for Dec. 26 STILL hasn't gone through, and I'm not happy. The money has been sitting in my account for over a month now and I have no access to it.
I was told by "support" that it would go into my account this week..it's Thursday and, nothing.
Frankly, I've already started the process to switch to a different processor. I'm over this. I needed that money for a business trip, and because Zombaio couldn't even be bothered to let me know the money was late, I was up a creek and had to use personal funds to pay for my trip.
