Middle Men....you seem to keep having these issues because you fail to take a page out of the book from the best middle men in the industry....
The best middle men in the industry understand very well...that to have longevity and to earn trust...you must simply follow the golden rule of the ancient practice of middlemenry!
"Hold all excuses when passing the monies...and pass all the monies while holding the excuses" It's simple....its not your money to hold even though posession is 9/10 of the law...you are a middle man holder....
But you are holding the wrong thing...you are holding the monies and passing the excuses! Reverse it....
Pass those monies like they are hot potatoes....hold those excuses like they are gold coins exploding in value by 100% a week!
Again that is invaluable and priceless advice please do not disrespect or disappreciate me for trying to help you change your point of view...honestly just wish these things in the industry would resolve themselves but they seem to be getting worse.
