Because the supreme court has ruled the 2nd is a fundamental right... just like the 1st... the 4th 5th and 6th are not fundamental much less the 14th...
look im a gun nutt... by all aspects but ill be the first to say that half of gun owners should not own guns... I think yearly classes and qualifications should be a must...
I don't care what type of weapon you own because they all will kill... but I think you should have to show proficiency with said weapons yearly.... Me personally for sure 100% I am more qualified to handle a weapon than 99.9% of any officer on the streets... so why is it fair I should have to depend on a less qualified person to defend me?
