I'd say about 30 minutes on average, but I set my tickets usually as "low" urgency
overall pretty good i'd say.
Only downside (for me) is that you don't get root access to your server if you want it managed by them. I can understand why, but it's somewhat inconvenient having to go through the support ticket system to get something done that would take 5 seconds if I could do it myself.
