Paxum Rep Here..Ruth I Think

Can you hit me up today via ICQ or email.

I entered the wrong pin number a few times on 12-28 on my re-issued card I got in October after the old one expired. I hadn't been using it at the ATM so I guess I forgot I changed the pin number on the new one.

I put in a ticket at Paxum and they have gone through the process of verifying that I still have the card and have sent a request to the issuing bank to unblock it so I can change my pin and use my card...

It's been 12 days since I put in the request and I feel that really should be long enough for stuff to clear whomevers desk at the bank and the next persons desk who has to stamp that. I don't want to ask again via the normal message center because I'm just gonna get a stock response from whoever handles tickets that I have to wait for the bank to do their thing.

I need somebody to get with the bank and push this through please. I'm sure you deal with them on a business level more than the regular message center techs do. I don't want to sit around twiddling my thumbs hoping it gets resolved normally if its sitting under a stack of somebodys work papers on their desk they haven't gotten around to or are still on vacation. I need access to my money.
