- Don't be announcing this ...
- Just ask an accountant about the Serbian labor law there with regard to taxes and the employment tax status you would create.
We require 4 models to become a studio with us. (Independent Models are welcome also). We pay by bank wire or with our own XLC ATM Card twice a month. We pay out in Euro based values in the local currency.
Become an XloveCam Model or Studio
Some studios work 'shifts' 4 to 8 hour working days. This way several Models can share times using the same cam rooms and equipment. Some studios work multiple camsites at the same time with 'camsplitter' software. Most of the larger camsites have improved their broadcasting software to deliver a better quality image stream at the cost of increased bandwidth required -- you will need 500kbs to 1mbs upload per cam/per camsite to use the better software. To be successful today the cam customer expects a quality stream.
Finding Models that will come to work every day can be a challenge too.
I don't know if in Serbia their are any legal issues with cam studios and internet porn -- look into that before making an investment. I imagine that webcam sex is a major export industry in Romania -- webcam studios are legal but there are employment tax issues and the employment tax collections are another story.
FYI, we pay more to studios in the EU that present us with VAT Tax certificates showing us that they 'official registered businesses.' Serbia is to be admitted as an EU member country this year?
