Plenty of naturopathic doctors suggest eating hemp helps kill some cancer cell types. The part which you are eager to overlook is that there is a long list of things that people can eat that will help kill cancer cells - and then there are modern treatments and drugs. No one can EVER prove any natural treatment is as effective as traditional medicine, so you're backed into the corner with idiotic and unsupported arguments and of course, the key ingredient - "conspiracy".
