approx the same amount of murders happened in the USA, colombia, russia and nigeria and pakistan, and china in the same year...

only to be outdone by india who had 3x the murder rate but they also have close to a billion citizens so the math is the same...by same comparison china is less violent than the USA if you take in to account population....

war torn, packed to the tooth with weapons iraq had like 10x less murders than in the USA...iraq that is full of "insurgents" and "terrorists"...
