This doesn't sound right. I don't see any tickets to us using the address you listed. I do see one from 3 days ago that seems to match this, it was answered in 21 minutes and we asked a question about the requirements for the consolidation you wanted to do, there hasn't been a reply back. That ticket used a Gmail account, try checking your spam folder in Gmail. You can also view tickets directly by logging in at
https://support.amerinoc.com using the email account the ticket was opened up with.
