With all due respect, the fascination people have with valuing text on a 'per word' basis is badly misguided. If honest feedback is your goal, you are better off paying based on the value of the feedback. 10,000 words is 20-30 pages of text... anyone who sends you a 30 page document either doesn't know how to get their point across in a succinct manner or is word-stuffing to earn an extra $150.00. Most of the actionable feedback you will get probably makes more sense to be written as 'bullet points' with brief descriptions that can be discussed or elaborated on later if it interests you.
