I won't be hiring or talk to an attorney as of now because it will be costly for starters like me.

What I am looking for is somewhat similar to "adsense publisher" website guidelines wherein it outline that we need to put privacy policy, disclaimers, etc.

I know that child pornography is strictly prohibited but I wanted to know if we use the word "nude school girl" besides an image is suggestive of posting child pornography.

Moreover, I wanted to know if age verification is a requirement because I see a lot of website do not have one, others do have a pop up before entering a porn site.
