Rochard, you can not compare two different towns with different people living in them like that. The only real way would be for your town to do the same thing and then compare results between your town before guns and your town after the guns.
Maybe if that town would cancel that law they would have even more crimes, who knows?
Maybe if your town implemented that law crime would drop even more, who knows?
Not saying that it would, merely stating that your comparison between 2 different towns is not valid.
