I explained why. There are many similar towns with the same gun regulations and yet very different crime rates. Its because towns and communities living there are different. There are MANY more reasons for crime rates other than this one thing. So your town is safer not necessary because of that particular thing. And THAT town is more crime prone is also not necessary because of that particular law.
