how about you livened in an area, say by a school for instance... and it was the kinda area where it was better to keep you 'homosexuality' on the down low, say maybe your BF was a school teacher.... THEN some asswipe newspaper prints your address on map and outs you and your BF for being homos... pretty much the same thing as the gun locations...
I don't think the 'people' have the right to know and if I was in either situation I would be suing that paper for everything they have... JUST like I'm sure you would...
