You may be right; MrMaxwell may go down but by understanding just how pump-and-dump works, which he is learning (He has quite apparently done his homework!) money can be made from it and money is where you find it and he may make a ton. I made a bunch on a local stock when it was being manipulated and spammed, so I know it can be done!
