There are a few differences in the round, my AR can shoot them all day. They have a bigger kick, which is why people like the .223, hardly a kick. Why I taught my daughter on an M1 Carbine, it's uses a pistol load, yet it's a military issued weapon that has killed many more people than the AR-15.

I just hate when people chime in about guns and haven't shot anything more than a nerf pistol and are experts with ammo. It's sad.

The 5.56mm was designed for light weight. If a soldier can carry 500 more rounds on his or her back because of a smaller round, that's a good thing! Not because of it not doing damage, that was just retarded

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
think about that
