Here is why Canada cares about American laws
The majority of American gun crime is caused by the "war on drugs" that America loves so fucking much. Recently there has been a rise in the murder rate in Canada because of gang members killing each other over lucrative US drug routes.
US gangs send guns north and Canada sends drugs south, in the last couple raids Police have found automatic weapons (from the US) in stash houses. If America would get its head out of its fucking ass and deal with some major issues it would directly benefit Canada.
Canada and Mexico have both tried to change thier drug laws only to have the USA persuade them into staying the status quo (which in America is ignorant). The fact of the matter is US law is causing a major war in Mexico and increasing violence in Canada, so yeah I guess we kind of fucking care.
And to anyone saying "US will shut down the border" do a little fucking reseach before you run your mouth. The fact of the matter is that the USA imports so much oil from Canada shutting down the border would cause a massive collapse of the US economy. And to the real intelligent people who will say that the US can invade and take the oil, well unfortunatley your master (China) has a major stake now in the oil fields so I'm positive the USA won't bite the hand that feeds them.
