I have looked into your issue. To sum up, we mailed you checks to the address on the account, but the checks were returned due to incorrect address. Currently, the 'Minimum Payment' limit on the account is set to an amount higher than the balance on your account. I took the liberty of lowering the limit, so that the payment will be released.
