They won't go to court, because they need

And that is exactly where you are wrong. The problem with this scam, and why ACS Law and all the copycats in America got shut down for doing the scam is that there is
no proof that the John Doe they try and blackmail actually DID any crime.
That is why the scam has been shut down by UK judges and US judges too. People that understand you need that pesky thing, what is it? Oh yes, proof.
