Nope. I'm not really putting the vaccine down, but I don't get it. I believe strongly in common sense precautions (frequent, thorough hand washing and keeping hands away from the face), and keeping the immune system strong through diet, exercise, sleep, and supplements. In addition to a good multi, get a couple grams of vitamin C (sustained release) each day, and a high-potency garlic supplement. Zinc lozenges seem to be helpful, too, although they taste fucking awful.
