now I have some chicken breast for the grill ready to go.... pinch of smoked salt, black pepper, drizzled with a splash whisky maple syrup, VOO, and basaltic vinegar...
and my fav: a 'slight' dusting of chocolate habanera powder... gotta be careful that stuff for sure
I'll let that sit for a few hours and then put it on the grill, not directly... on some foil with a splash of fruit juice... and mostly bake the breast off to the side...
