Yeah, that worked well for all the people wrongly accused because someone spoofed their IP, hacked their WEP or had a friend or relative over that was using their wifi connection to infringe on copyright didn't it?
There's no way 150 people could be wrong accused of downloading porn.

None of them go to court, because there is no evidence to prove the person that pays for the internet account has committed any crime. The scam is to scare people into paying the £700. If they refuse, the case is dropped instantly.
