I was charged with it, yes. And I turned myself in for a book and release. Again, nothing in my life is hidden. I've written about this publicly. I turned in a woman who was on felony probation and has been on the Dr. Phil show for selling her daughter at a truckstop, because she was violating her probation and threatening me with a gun. In retaliation she told the cops that brought her in that I'd given her daughter alcohol and showed her porn. That happened in December of 2010, and I had to finally go be booked and released on it in October of 2012, nearly 2 years later. Again, you're not bringing up anything that hasn't been discussed publicly. I was in and out in 15 minutes, and then showed the prosecution postings and audio recordings where those involved admit they lied about me. It was scary, but what's a person gonna do? Anyone can say anything about anybody.
