c) Ultimate Demon
d) Scrapebox

f) Bookmark Wiz
g) Article Marketing Robot
h) Link Wheel Bandit
i) Seo Software Submitter
j) Xrumer (I listed it last, because I heard it does not make sense to use it after the latest Google update).
Does it make sense to get a subscribtion to sites like SEO Moz (and their tools, including Open Site Explorer), Ahrefs or Majestic SEO (I think it is possible to get some of the data for free; I am using a toolbar for Firefox with something like that)
