On the 11th of Jan I got a bunch of irate emails from customers/followers on twitter who wanted to join one of my websites, asking me why they hadn't been able to join the website
for over a week and if I was having issues I should fix them or at least post about it so people know "like I said I would", which is weird as I said nothing of the sort- I had no idea something was wrong. Having no idea what that was about I checked the tour and sure enough, you can't sign up to the website. It takes you to this error:

Apparently the URL I registered doesn't work anymore (?), so they emailed me to the address on file (which is correct, I checked) despite getting 0 emails so far. Sounds legit though and he says he will fix it.
It got fixed... for a few hours. No emails have arrived. No issue with my email, it's not in spam, it's not anywhere. I email back to ask the same thing, and say I don't like the error message stating I'm looking into it, when obviously I'm not going to be if I'm not getting emails from them about it.
It gets fixed again, for a day or two. Then the same thing happens. I leave a new comment on the first support ticket and wait for a day with no response, so I open a new ticket. I tell them the same thing and ask what I can do to fix it. No response. It gets fixed again but not in a timely fashion (it wasn't the weekend either), but I get no reply from tech support. And then today, after getting back from the country I notice it's got the error message again. Still had 0 emails, to any of my email addresses. I've had emails from them before so I know the right one is on file.
I'm pretty sure my tickets and live chat are going to keep being ignored, and it's going to keep happening until I make a fuss so, public fuss made. I've had 0 chargebacks and no complaints from members about the site.
If there is a zombaio guy around, perhaps he can explain or make something happen?
1. It started a week before I noticed on the 11th, so at least 4th-23rd of this month shit hasn't been working. I've had shit all sign ups, it's been 3 weeks!
2. My email on file is working, I get your other emails so you obviously aren't sending them. Having an error message stating that, I the webmaster am looking into, when I might not be, is a bit meh.
3. You couldn't trouble shoot the issue- so you did nothing about it? No emails that you where looking into it, no further emails once you had it blocked and couldn't do anything (like email me to fix it)? Seriously? You where just going to let it sit there until I did what exactly? What if I didn't notice! :/ Bad business practice
4. I know it must be annoying to answer my support tickets on the same issue, but if it was fixed like you said it would be multiple times I wouldn't put in more tickets. 1 ticket each week for 3 weeks, and 3 replies to the first one for updates isn't an excessive amount of messages. Just tell me whats going on and what you want me to do to fix it, so I can fix it and it will work and we can all make money.
Anyone else had this issue? Zombaio guy around?
