simply calling and asking has not been very productive in getting the stats fixed so we are forced to try and come up with a way that is amicable non hostile that will get these stats working again.

Thats all no drama....no B.S. we respectfully ask as clients who need and vaslue accurate reliable working stats that this issues is vital to many webmasters who use the stats to refine and tweak their set ups.

When enough people came to gfy and expressed disdain over ccbill processing for file lockers file shares and other questionable things the power of the industry was clearly demonstrated and ccbill immediately changed course.

We simply hope that we can get ccbill to also change course and fix those stats that thousands have made posts about in recent years.

This is a vital issue for us....not sure why few others don't fully understand why these particular stats are so vital...bu that is another lecture for another thread.

We have been patient...very patient....we have placed phone calls....we have sent emails...this has been going on for months and is actually getting worse as wee examine it.

The stats were off by 40-50% now they are off almost 75% and that is simply unacceptable. We just know that this issue is more important than worrying about ass hats and trolls coming inhere calling me psycho....
