LOL I know just flick a switch an be done right? just that simple...LOL Well I would happen to agree but I am told switching would be too troublesome at this time.

I make the argument that I don't see how anything could take priority over clean stats.

We tried to get zomabio to process for us again and we reached out made them some sincere apologies even though they fucked our payouts up repeatedly and I supposed they decided to themselves look if we fuck up swirlgirls payouts she will hound us on the boards and so its not worth the risk.

We said look zomabio beaner will deal with you we won't make no posts as long as the payouts are not delayed by some ridiculous time frame like many of their clients are now.

Zombaio was a good choice because no set up costs easy integration and very very good thru put and rebills...

We have verotel but for some tech reasons beyond my understanding we cannot integrate them at this time because it requires special programning and the turstworthy reliable programmers are back logged with work.

So we do not have 750.00 sitting in petty cash to get new visa registration with another 3rd party...

and we donot have 1500 sitting in petty cash for a digital high risk adult merchant account.

So we are stuck with old faithful and trusted ccbill and since we pay them and they work for us we have to make sure they realize how important accurate stats are to an operation.

there is no wiggle room and no 2 ways about it. If my stats were clean you would never see me on the board in a thread like this.

I have waited over 2 years for an answer to a problem that they very well know about but have no idea when it will be fixed.

seriously 2 years later and still no idea why my form submissions and form hits are inaccurate and not being counted properly?

We did our own calculations based on reported data are currently for most of january showing an above 100% form submission percentage.

Now you might think that is exceptional however good it sounds it is still unacceptable and impossible to get above 100% form submissions if all data is accurate!

So that tells me that data some where in the equation is false...and the problem must be corrected in order to arrive and document our true numbers!

I used to think maybe it was just our account that kept having these issues but the ccbill rep slipped and admitted that he had another identical call yesterday from some one else with the same exact question about discrepancies in form hits and form submissions and approval totals.

So I rack my brain trying to figure out why no one posts about it if others are having this issue and getting no resolution?

Well at least you know why we have no choice at this time but to stick it out and respectfully assert our concerns and make sure they understand that we will need those stats to be accurate and we have almost exhausted all of our patience behind this issue.
