My own stats with tubes:
2k paid for advertising on extremetube.com, 2k made back, 0 profit.
Pretube stats:
Around 100k paid for galleries on topspots of Thehun.com and Sleazydream.com from 2004-2008 and made around 250-300k and around 150-200k net profit.
Best gallery made me around 1.2k net (around 60 sales) for 300usd paid spot.
Those were the good old days....
I stopped advertings on Thehun in 2008 as my profit was slowly decreasing to 0
