Right on. But some of our fellow Americans that think there is never a situation where the pursuit of profit can be a negative thing. It's like making money is a sacred act to which all other things must take a back seat. And if some people have to die, or go bankrupt, oh well (they'll tell you that the patients should have taken better care of themselves, anyway).
Thankfully, people who think this way seem to be in the minority.
