2012 and 2013 aren't the same person, trust me 2013 is Chris Butler. No worries, his time is running out, I've been talking to someone at the Van Wert Police Department and they already have some other complaints on him and were very interested. Pretty sad because it's not my fight, but someone on here that he scammed contacted me and gave me IP addresses, Paypal accounts, and some other shit, so Chris Butler is toast...
