That was my only concern, too. But I think Hillary is so ambitious that becoming the 1st female POTUS is something she'll want to do before she dies - especially since it's practically in the palm of her hand.

Well, having a viable alternative to Hillary and gaming the system are two different things. I'm not saying they can't possibly win in 2016, just that they have nobody to run with the star power she has. They have nobody of her caliber. Nobody who can beat her fairly. In fact, the GOP brand is so putrid they'd have a hard time winning dog catcher lately - which is exactly why they're working on the underhanded new rules you mention. The GOP truly is the party of rich, old, white, straight, angry men (and some religious lunatics, and some poor dupes who think Faux Newz is for real). And there just aren't enough of those people left to win elections anymore. So they have to figure out how to steal them.
