CCBill always pays into my bank account in Europe, I get charged around $30x2banks=$60 in bank fees, it is only worthwhile if you get paid at least $500 or more.
It is against Paypal term and conditions to sell porn, if anyone is using them they can have their account suspended at any time, you won't find sponsors doing this easily.
