Yes, you can see people that quoted him.
Normally I wouldn't notice but I'm hypervigilant and saw my friends list had decreased down one. I went through and he wasn't there. Take a look at this thread, assuming you aren't using killswitches chrome plugin, you won't find him.

Still a waste as he did have some really high quality posts.
I'm pretty sure I know why he was banned again but it's idle talking about it. He gets stoked and stirs people and in this case it backfired, unfortunately.
