I think it's a bit more than that; there were 300 people arrested, cars, houses, cash repossessed... and not small amounts. It had to have been a lengthy investigation which means no one is getting off, and if anyone is already out is because they posted bail. Doesn't mean the charges go away... that's what I read in subsequent articles. In one of the hearings, it was said that the douchebag in question laundered x amount of money with fake invoices for selling dildos
a real class act.
