The biggest rules I would have there would be pretty simple (I have most of these most of the time anyway). You can make it fine in any rough area if you just have basic realities handled up in your mind
1. Everyone may want to hurt you (everyone)
2. Don't talk to anyone or make more eye contact than you HAVE to
3. Don't go out for no reason
4. Don't assume you have to look for trouble to find it
5. Be suspicious of everyone, especially nice people
6. Don't let anyone get behind you or close to you
7. Carry at least two good hidden weapons
8. Someone will hurt you if you look like you have anything
9. Someone will hurt you to take anything you might have
10. A-lot of people want to hurt you if you're white
11. Some people with hard times just enjoy hurting people so just limit exposure
12. When you go outside stay moving (ideally in an automobile) and know where you're going and the area you're going through to get there
13. Don't go anywhere with anyone or let anyone get close to you or lead you in any way .... that means hey come around here I have a gold bar for sale for $8 ... shit like that
14. Let shit fucking slide .... no matter what it is ... unless it affects your wallet or stomach
15. Make sure as best as you can that no one tougher or more connceted than you is seeing or wants to see bitches you're seeing.
16. Never trust bitches ever
17. Never make a bad deal or one you can't keep
18. Don't borrow money or anything else
19. Don't let anyone do you any favors (NOTHING) because they'll come back on you
20. This is all common sense and not following these is 90% of why people get hurt and killed in "the hood"
