We already explained to you, and send you proof, that you had 1 customer that joined over a year ago who did a lot of chargebacks at once and that our biller refunded his latest transactions after that to make sure there wouldn't be any more chargebacks. This is perfectly normal and unfortunately happens sometimes. Since you hardly send any new sales this resulted in a negative amount.
