P.S: for those worrying about adding fruit to your diet, dont be affraid on eating fruit, i mean if you're changing soda pop, candy and ice cream for fruit, trust me, you wont get fat. If you made lets say a carrot juice, using 20 carrots, then the carb amount will be significant, but justby eating two raw carrots, nothing will happen.. eat the veggies, toss the processed shit
