When Globill failed, SpookyCash paid affiliates out of my pocket, so I have zero affinity for people who rip off others and then whine that their biller failed or they were just an employee of a scumbag etc.
So I hesitate to say I like the CCBill affiliate system, as their stats interface sucks, but they do tend to pay and it is easy to combine program payouts.

I could never make a sale in SpookyCash in the NATS platform. In the system CCBILL already made many with the same traffic. This is the big difference I'm talking about!
