Im getting about 300 to 400 Unique visitors a day they do around 7,150 pages and 22,348 hits per day. With that traffic the top banner is getting hardly any hits, maybe 1 or 2 a week and the left side banner is getting a few a day the big banner at the bottom isnt doing very well either and the other banner are CPM making around 3 cents a day.

You need to test different banners and see what gets the best clickthrough. But most people probably come to you site for free porn. So I'd add some
plugrush banners to sell clicked, skimmed and mobile traffic. The clicked traffic that aren't sold, is returned (via trade) up to 900%.
