This reminded me of a disturbing story from a social worker who I met on a plane ride months ago. She had been working for an NGO who had been reaching out to children -- more especially boys -- in Middle Eastern countries for counseling and rehabilitation.
It appears that boys as young as 2 years old get raped by relatives (including the father, their brothers, uncles, etc). Most Moslem males dare not have sexual relations with women without facing serious consequences. So they go to th next "best" thing: male children. it's almost an open secret that Moslem men from Arab countries engage in wholesale homosexual incestuous affairs. Most kids are threatened and are discouraged from going to the police so as not to embarass their family.
