AHHHH.. yeah, i knew about the pigeons. That makes more sense. He actually did say that. He said he got up at 1:30, did 3hrs of cardio and then waited for his trainer to come at 7:30 am or something like that. When pressed, he just passively mentioned he spent time with his birds until his trainer came. It makes more sense if its a case where they need time and attention. It just came out very weird and sounded really odd.
