Yes, they have been using the riff from the Sergio Leone movie for years, but it was The Unforgiven from the same album (and later The Unforgiven 2 and The Unforgiven 3) that laid the track down on an album.

What? I'm not even sure what you're saying at this point, so I'll just cover everything. The first 55 seconds of the live clip of Enter Sandman is "Ecstacy of Gold." From there, they go straight into the guitar riff that starts Enter Sandman, as recorded on the album. The "official video" clip of Enter Sandman starts with the guitar riff from the beginning of the song, again, as recorded on the album. The Unforgiven video, and the recording on the Black Album, start with the horn sound that also starts The Unforgiven II. It is actually believed that the horn sound (which was reversed to hide its source) is from the movie, "For A Few Dollars More."

There's nothing at the beginning of Enter Sandman (live, recorded, etc.) that is from The Unforgiven.
