1 - wealth in the USA is up about 400% over the last 30 years where as home values doubled. Out sourcing has made the USA more of a powerhouse, not less.

Seriously this is a goofed up view of the world. We are lazier because we drive less? The average person today lives like a king compared to when you were born. Their access to the world has increased exponentially.
