I'm not saying that those who don't give a fuck aren't able to do their job.
What I am saying is that there is a difference between someone who does their job their job and then goes home to study two hours to get a better degree in their field or spend their weekends volunteering something related to their field or their local community, compared to those who do their job for eight hours and go home and don't bother with anything else. Most people do their jobs, the bare minimum, and don't give a flying fuck about their job or anything else.
