The last I heard was that he was out of jail but pretty much on house arrest, required to check in daily with the courts and although not making any public statements hangs out on the industry boards quite often to lurk.
There was some news about the authorities taking a closer look at his operations in general, not just him but until more arrests are made there is no way to know what is going on with those. Interesting to note however, all Germany operations for Manwin are being closed down or are already done so. Don't know how that will effect the investigation. But we'll see.
Anyone know anything else since this info has released?
