Dude, you're going to get migraines and physically/permanently ruin your eyes.
The resolution is low for a "monitor" of that size.. think about it. The pixels are spread further apart and will fuck your eyes up.
TV's have a wider dot pitch (spacing between pixels) for distance viewing. Whilst monitors have narrower dot pitch for closer viewing.
